This Agreement uses certain defined terms to avoid repetition. For example, User(s) means you and any other end user of the Web Site. This Web Site is currently owned and operated by Vagrant Records, LLC (also referenced, in this agreement, as one of the following: Company, our, we, us, label, or Vagrant). When you upload content into the Web Site, we make you're submitted text, multimedia or information (now referred to as, "Content") available for presentation on our Web Site, but nothing in these terms and conditions of use for the Web Site grants to us any copyright interest in any copyrightable works you own. Due to the official rules of the "Competition," User(s) are required to use a music recording which is copyrighted by us, and our "Recording Artist." However, the music recording does not become the intellectual property of the creator of the User(s) submitted Content. However, a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license (now referenced as, "limited-license") is granted to Users who fulfill all of the outlined terms and conditions. This limited-license is strictly for use on our Web Site, additionally this limited-license only extends to Content submitted on our Web Site between the launch and completion of the "Competition." By submitting Content through the Web Site, User(s) agree to grant permission, to our Company, to use submitted Content only as promotional material on our Web Site(s) as well as on the Web Site(s) of the "Sponsors" and/or "Partners" of this "Competition."

Official Contest Rules

This contest is open any person 13 years of age or older. By submitting material through the Web Page, you're agreeing to all Terms and Conditions set forth in the Terms of Use. Music videos must use a song from The Hold Steady's "Boys and Girls in America," videos submitted using music not on "Boys and Girls in America" are disqualified from winning any prize. Any use of copyrighted material, without written permission from the copyright holder, will result in your content's disqualification. However, it is acceptable to use "Boys and Girls in America" album artwork and promotional artwork. Winners unable to provide us with signed forms of consent from any person who's image appears in your content, and is not open to the public domain, will not receive any prizes that require the performance of your content over any platform outside of this competition. Furthermore, it is a good practice to have persons sign forms of consent before filming any person. Federal law prohibits videos with nudity and real or depicted sexual activity involving a minor. We also retain the right to censor content as deemed fit, though we do hope to not have to deal with that. Fuse TV retains the right to censor, or deny, any video they deem unfit for performance. Employees of Vagrant Records, and their families are ineligible to win.

In any case, by entering this contest you affirm that you are at least 13 years old or over, as the Web Site is not intended for children under 13 years of age. The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), passed by Congress in October 1998, requires the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to issue and enforce rules concerning children's online privacy. We require age restrictions on all personal information submitted by our readers. Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of the Web Site, these Terms of Use, in whole or in part, at any time. Vagrant will not share ANY information with ANY person, company, organization, entity, et-cetera (now referred to as, "3rd Party"). Under no circumstances will any submitted information be transferred to any 3rd Party Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, it may be required to disclose personal information when required by law. Wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our Web site. Your security and best interest are always our priority, you are what we are here to serve, we wouldn't betray any trust or relationship that we have formed with our Users.

To reiterate, we WILL NEVER sell or give your personal information such as IP address or email address to anyone unless we are given permission to do so by the submitter of the information. We respect your privacy, and the only data shared about the viewers of the content is the 'hits' the site receives, thus no personal information is shared.

Vagrant Records respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same.
